Product Service System Design Project.

ONMO is a user-friendly breast care set with both self-detection and massage functions combined. It is specially designed for urban area women who are reported with relatively higher breast cancer risk. The system is to provide women with a sense of security and confidence. Through the whole service system involving direct connections with hospitals, it will also improve treatment efficiency.

About the project.

According to WHO, globally there is a Younger trend in the breast cancer development. Based on the field research and online research, I found that lack of awareness as well as inconvenient detection makes breast cancer a potential bomb in every women’s life.

Early detection is the best defense. Using convenient equipment to do early detection can detect early tumors. Active treatment can improve the survival rate. Daily nursing massages also have the effect of protecting the breast.

From the perspective of detection methods, I found that Ultrasonography is the most feasible method for users to detect early breast cancer.

Proposal.

System map.

Through ONMO App, each time users detect their breasts, big data analysis help notify early abnormality in breast for further inspection in the hospital. Besides, ONMO cooperates with the hospital providing samples for medical research and if users are confirmed with breast diseases, ONMO will be a home supervisor.

Onmo with light pink color shapes like elegant breast and is fully ergonomic for daily use.

Onmo detector.

Interface.

Touchscreen buttons on the base enable users to adjust and change care mode. Through wifi connection, the ultrasonic detector image would be synchronized to your mobile phone for real time display.

Ultrasonic Probe.

For detection, after applying the gel onto the skin, users pick up ultrasonic probe to move around the breast. If any abnormality appears, the detector would ring alarm. Each time the detector would automatically save several pictures as a record record diary, which is available in APP and would be good references for later inspection in the hospital.

Infrared Light Massager.

For massage, the base would warm up the metal part in advance to avoid icy feelings. Users can apply essential oil onto the metal massage. The infrared light supplement would help the breast absorb better.

Users can check ONMO App for detection results and artificial intelligence will give advice based on big data analysis of breast health conditions.

ONMO app also provides all kinds of breast care tutorials for users to follow and communicate.

Breast ultrasonic image diary is automatically saved on the cloud. When users need to visit doctors for advice, ONMO will provide useful references for every day breast condition.
